On this page you will find a range of downloadable educational materials that relate to the curriculum as well as a site plan. They have been designed so that you can be self-sufficient – just download the sheets that interest you and come to the park to use them. However, if you are planning to come as a class or school it would really help us to plan our staffing if we knew you were coming so please mail us to ‘book-in’
We appreciate that it is quite an effort getting groups out and about and therefore we want to ensure that you have an enjoyable, and safe visit, to the park. Although your visit will be about being outside, if the weather is really grim, you can take shelter in the café – but please remember that there may be other customers.
There is always a member of staff on site during the day (and chances are you’ll start your visit by meeting one of the park team) so if you need something just ask. Don’t forget to bring a first aid kit and do a risk assessment for your visit.
We’ll add more activity sheets in time so check back and if you would like to do any other sort of activity (building bug hotels for example) let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
